The War of 1570
Enticho entered the history books on November 1, 1570. It was the site of a pivotal six-week war between Emperor Sertse Dengel and Bahri Negasi Isaac.
Strategic Base: Enticho served as the command center for the campaign that brought Debarwa back into the Habesha administration.

A THRIVING HUB
Enticho is a major administrative and trade center for the Egela, Hahayle, and Ahferom districts.
